Kelly’s Barber + Beauty is now a Summit Barbershop-Salon. Summit Salons are an elite group of career salon companies that work together and share best practices to ensure the profitability of our businesses and the happiness of our salon guests. Each stylist now has a career development plan that is completely dependent on the experience of the guests they serve. To attain a promotion and achieve their career goals you (the guest) must be happy.
The Summit Salon Level System is set up to offer guests a choice in the price range that fits their budget. And it offers our stylists a way to achieve promotions and attain their professional goals. The Level designation of a stylist has less to do with their skill or ability than it does the current demands on their time. The stylists at every level are constantly honing their techniques and customer service skills to create more demand for their time. We consult with Summit regularly and attend conferences to keep us updated on the most innovative business ideas and practices. As a barbershop-salon we value furthering our education and staying up to date as we emphasize the same work ethic in our stylists and staff.
